Method Man Looks Absolutely Ripped After Triple Bench Press
Projects"Method Man Looks Absolutely Ripped After Triple Bench Press"
Method Man has been sharing some insane fitness updates with fans this year and the results are incredibly motivating.
If you’ve ever wondered what you could accomplish in the gym if you put your mind to it, look no further than Method Man’s insane fitness updates that he’s been sharing in the past few months. First, he posted an incredible triple bench press where he looked absolutely shredded and was showing off some of the most incredible conditioning we’ve ever seen in a non-pro. He followed up the next month with another workout video showing the impressive work he’s done to build mass in his arms. You can check out both posts in full below.
Method Man just goes to show us that it’s never to let to get serious about the gym. After rapping and producing for Wu Tang for over a decade, he got serious about acting and had regular roles on HBO’s The Wire and The Deuce. If a man that busy can find time for the gym, so can you. There’s no such time as no time for the gym — there are only people who can’t make time.
Lots of high-profile musicians and entertainers get really into fitness when they make the transition into acting, and clearly Method Man is no exception. It’s amazing what you can accomplish with the right mindset, although the personal trainers provided to the very rich definitely don’t hurt their goals. Whatever the case may be with Method Man, he’s made enormous strides in the gym, and that achievement rests entirely on his own hard work and determination to get things done.
On top of that, it’s also important to remember that physical health should always come first. You can be unhappy even if you’re a famous actor or musician. One of the few things in life that truly brings joy is taking care of your body. It releases natural endorphins that make you feel good no matter what. All of us, rich or poor, young or old, can benefit from getting in the gym and trying to reach our goals. For some people, those goals are maximizing gains to become an accomplished professional bodybuilder, and for others, it’s just trying to stay in shape and get some peace of mind.
Decide what your goals look like for you and achieve them. Method Man has the right idea. Setting aside time for fitness is setting aside time for yourself. Take a look at everything he’s able to accomplish even as a non-pro. Now ask yourself: what could I do?
